Installation in the swim platform

Before installation, please first generally check the position your dinghy or jet ski – and thus our dinghy chocks – should occupy on the platform.
Ensure that the desired or required clearances, for example for passages or for opening doors or hatches (e.g., crew cabin, engine room, etc.), can be maintained in the chosen position.
Furthermore, we recommend considering that the stated maximum lifting capacity of your hydraulic swim platform may refer to a load resting centrally in the longitudinal direction. If the dinghy is positioned further aft, the effective carrying and lifting capacity of the swim platform may be reduced accordingly.
Before installation, it must also be checked whether and in what form the respective swim platform can be cut out to accommodate our dinghy chocks without unduly weakening its structure. If the remaining structure is not sufficiently load-bearing after the cutout, the swim platform must be reinforced accordingly.

Make sure that the cutouts are neither too small nor too large. The cutouts must either go completely through the platform or provision must be made for standing water in the chocks to drain away.

For each chock, 10 suitable screws with a 5mm diameter and sufficient length are to be used.
